By registering for the event, you agree that the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF), its affiliated services and its authorized third party(ies) may collect, use and disclose your personal data, including but not limited to the information provided in this form, as well as, any photographs and video recordings captured at the event, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy for the monitoring of participants attendance, marketing, publicity and administrative records purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to dataprotection@smfederation.org.sg.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Company agrees to hold the SMF harmless from any claim arising from and/or in connection with any loss or damage caused and/or sustained to any submitted logos, regardless how such loss or damage was suffered and/or sustained, regardless of in whose care and custody the submitted logo was in.
2. In the event that the 38th CACCI Conference or Asia Economic Forum 2024 is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the Company agrees that there shall be no refund, reimbursement and/or compensation of any participation fees paid by the Company to the SMF for and/or in relation to the 38th CACCI Conference and Asia Economic Forum 2024.
3. In the event of a participant’s no-show for the event for any reason whatsoever, the Company agrees that there shall be no refund of any participation fees paid by the Company to the SMF for and/or in relation to the 38th CACCI Conference and Asia Economic Forum 2024.
4. The provisions, terms and conditions set out in this entry form shall be construed and be governed by the laws of The Republic of Singapore. In the event that any provision in this reply form shall be invalid by law, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability.
5. The SMF reserves the right to amend or repeal any rule, regulation, term or condition of and/or in relation to the 38th CACCI Conference and Asia Economic Forum 2024.”
